Refund Policy
We follow the Distance Contracts Act and therefore you have the right to return ordered goods without giving any reason. You have an open purchase period of 14 days from when you received the products. During that time, you can return the goods and get your money back. Always contact JÄRN's customer service before returning at info@jarnbrands.com to confirm that the return is allowed and that the withdrawal period has not passed before sending the goods back. It is important that you state the order number in the email.
You can return the products in the same package as they came with as long as the package is intact.
Goods must be unopened and undamaged, including packaging.
Refunds are always made by the payment method used for the purchase and are normally made within 2 weeks.
The customer bears the cost of return and is responsible for the goods until we receive them. Returns may not be sent as cash on delivery or carriage forward.

If the goods are damaged, faulty or defective
Sometimes it happens that goods arrive damaged or defective or that you have received the wrong goods. All you have to do is email us at info@jarnbrands.com and tell us what has happened along with a picture of the goods and we will sort it out! When returning damaged, defective or incorrect goods, the return shipping is free of charge. We will email you a return form for printing.
