Refund Policy

We follow the Distance Contracts Act and therefore you have the right to return ordered goods without giving any reason. You have an open purchase period of 14 days from when you received the products. During that time, you can return the goods and get your money back. Always contact Svensk Gruvsaft's customer service before returning at to confirm that the return is allowed and that the withdrawal period has not passed before sending the goods back. It is important that you state the order number in the email.

You can return the products in the same package as they came with as long as the package is intact. 

Goods must be unopened and undamaged, including packaging.

Refunds are always made by the payment method used for the purchase and are normally made within 2 weeks.

The customer bears the cost of return and is responsible for the goods until we receive them. Returns may not be sent as cash on delivery or carriage forward.

Shipping Policy

The Great Swedish Järn AB offers free shipping on orders over SEK 749. We deliver the products with Postnord and DHL.

Your purchase is normally packed and shipped within 24 hours on weekdays. Weekend orders are normally dispatched on the following working day. Normal delivery time is 2-5 working days.

Postnord (Service Point)

The parcel can be picked up at the nearest delivery point. If you enter your mobile phone number at the checkout, you will receive an SMS notification when your parcel has arrived at the delivery point.

Postnord (Delivery to door/mailbox)

If the parcel does not fit in the mailbox, it will be delivered to your door instead of the nearest retailer. By selecting this delivery option, you agree to have the parcel delivered to your door if the parcel does not fit in your mailbox. Once the delivery to your door is completed, you will be notified as the recipient by email or text message.

DHL (Service Point)

The parcel can be picked up at the nearest delivery point. If you enter your mobile phone number at the checkout, you will receive an SMS notification when your parcel has arrived at the delivery point.


If the goods are damaged, faulty or defective

Sometimes it happens that goods arrive damaged or defective or that you have received the wrong goods. All you have to do is email us at and tell us what has happened along with a picture of the goods and we will sort it out! When returning damaged, defective or incorrect goods, the return shipping is free of charge. We will email you a return form for printing.
