GALDER

In this drink, flowers from summer meadows are joined by apples and tart gooseberries. This gives a round, fresh and aromatic character with hints of honey and herbs. It goes well with lighter seafood dishes as well as light primers and mild cheeses.

Ingredients:
Water, cold pressed berry juice (green gooseberries), sugar, apple must, apple cider vinegar, linden flowers, chamomile flowers, marigolds, black currant leaves, white wine vinegar, St. John's wort, preservative (potassium sorbate), acid (malic acid), antioxidant (ascorbic acid).
